Calamari, truffles, scallops, and so forth. Is there a pleased medium among casseroles, and these? What do you make for your kids that is a minor gourmet, but does not involve sea urchins?
Also, what can I do to preserve money on gourmet food, rather of sizzling dogs and mac and cheese all the time?

Reply by Seonaidtry basic recipes like kabobs (youngsters love them) or braciole - you don't have to attend hells kitchen...greatest if you use your imagination anyways - I bet you're a great cook!
