What phrases have totally lost their meaning would you say?

Question by Rock Firestorm: What phrases have fully lost their which means would you say? For me: "Congratulations" - it employed to be an expression of pleasure in the achievement or great fortune of one more, now it means you just hit the proper button or one thing menial. And "Gourmet." Now every thing is gourmet. Cheap Mexican chili you purchase at the .99 cent store is gourmet. Folgers coffee is now gourmet. There no actual "gourmet" in this planet. What say you?
