Question by Como: What is an impressive Japanese dish to make for a bunch of foodies? I am going to a dinner get together and every person attending need to cook a course while there. The only rule is that it should be a Japanese dish. With the exception of Sushi, i can't assume of a "gourmet" dish to make. Any tips on a dish to make for six - 8 folks that will impress? All attending are foodies and into fine dining, so i will not want to make anything as well easy... Greatest answer:
