When was the final time you encountered terrible client services?

Question by Sheniquah Loves Facebook: When was the last time you encountered horrible customer service? Mine was these days. Just before that, yesterday. And prior to that, the day ahead of. Go figure. Perhaps my question really should be when was the final time you Didn't experience horrible client service? LOL. Starbucks seems the worst. You commit $ 4 on a "gourmet" drink that they usually mess up anyway. What ever Occurred TO Buyer Services???? Greatest answer:

just a couple of months ago at wal mart...i hate that place...individuals men and women think they very own the stupid firm...i hate it
