Question by Sheniquah Loves Facebook: When was the last time you encountered horrible customer service? Mine was these days. Just before that, yesterday. And prior to that, the day ahead of. Go figure. Perhaps my question really should be when was the final time you Didn't experience horrible client service? LOL. Starbucks seems the worst. You commit $ 4 on a "gourmet" drink that they usually mess up anyway. What ever Occurred TO Buyer Services???? Greatest answer:

Mine was Starbucks as well. I ordered a caffe latte and got just latte...not a trace of the "cafe". It was friggin beige milk. I paid $ five for a paper cup of beige milk. Rip off!
