I just ate at my boyfriend's home and I imagined it would be rude to ask about calories, so can an individual support me with the amounts? I had about a fistful (perhaps a tiny much more) of plain cooked chicken, fistful of plain mashed potatoes, and much less than a fistful of "gourmet" mac and cheese - all from I believe Central Market place.
